What we offer
Sonic Therapists offer a corporate sound bath experience using a variety of instruments known for their healing vibratory frequencies, as well as our voices. Your team is free to relax and drift off where the sound takes them.
We customise our sound sessions to suit your team’s unique needs, whether it’s a quick recharge during a lunch break or a deeper experience as part of a wellness retreat.
Sound baths work best with groups of between 10 and 30 people at once, multiple sessions are available for larger companies.
We can travel to your workplace, retreat venue or suggest a suitable space near to your location.
What happens at a sound bath?
While your team lies down comfortably on a yoga-style mat, we will play various instruments around them known for their vibratory healing frequencies, as well as using our voices.
They are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes them.

What do you need to provide?
We just need an empty room!
We will bring all of our instruments and create a calm, restful environment for the sound bath to take place.
Ideally the areas around the room would be quiet for the duration of the sound bath.
You can provide mats, blankets, cushions/pillows and eye masks for the team, or we can, whatever is easiest for you.

Some things to consider before booking a corporate sound bath:
As a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are played off the body.
The main exceptions are for:
· People with sound induced epilepsy (which is very rare)
· People experiencing acute mental health conditions
· Pregnant women in the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy
